Kolan Shire Council
"Kolan Shire Council is utilising XY Mapping as a bureau service for GIS administration and continued development as well as other spatial data management using Council's Mapinfo and Exponare platforms and fleet of GBM Mobile equipped PDA's with GPS. With their knowledge in the requirements of local government assets and data capture, it is a very cost effective service and well suited to any Council that is not resourced to be able to specialise in this area, however I am confident the same service and benefit would be provided to any size organisation. The customised setup of Exponare that was done by the XY Mapping GIS professional's for Kolan Shire Council, is utilised by all departments and easily and promptly expanded with the service XY mapping provide via remote access to our network as well as on-site work and training."

ISIS Shire Council
As we’re all aware, GIS has evolved into a highly utilised area of Local Government. Here at Isis Shire all staff use Mapinfo software, but being a smaller Council, we do not have the resources to allocate a full time GIS Officer to administer the area. That’s where the guys from XY Mapping come to the rescue
