Lotteries Compliance Management

This solution addresses the business needs of the Security and Compliance section of lotteries and gaming corporations.

Business processes are built around the identification of non-compliance through site inspections and administration of a progressive discipline regime based on the compliance history of a retail site or site operator.

There is a central management dashboard for planning inspection programs, assigning work to individual inspectors and monitoring the completion of those inspections. Batches of inspections are dispatched electronically to map enabled mobile devices that are assigned to the inspection teams.

A separate progressive assessment module tracks each retailer's compliance history and triggers recommendations for follow up action based on historical performance.
